The report allows the marketer to track and analyze the performance of each individual touchpoint, such as email, social media, and advertising, in order to identify the most effective channels and strategies for reaching and converting their target audience. This information can then be used to optimize future campaigns for maximum ROI and ultimately drive more leads and sales for the business.

SCENARIO

Industrial Drone Solutions specializes in providing advanced drone technology to industrial companies. The company wants to increase its sales by promoting its products and services through different marketing channels. The company decides to launch a multi-touch campaign that includes email marketing, social media advertising, and trade show events. The campaign is launched, and after a few weeks, the company wants to track the effectiveness of the different touchpoints. To do this, they use a Multi-touch campaign report that allows them to analyze the performance of each touchpoint separately and as a whole.
